A new member has joined the Chiltern Chambers membership, please welcome the South Bucks Hospice.
South Bucks Hospice at Butterfly House is a day hospice supporting patients living with life-limiting or life threatening illnesses through the provision of specialist palliative care on an outpatient basis.
We help people at any stage in their diagnosis to adjust physically, psychologically, socially and emotionally to their condition, to keep well and to cope with any health and care needs at home, wherever possible.
We also support their families and carers.
