Buckinghamshire Council is preparing an updated study of employment and retail needs. This will support the Council’s new Local Plan for Buckinghamshire to 2040.

They would like to invite you to attend a workshop. It will take place from 9.30 am-12 pm on Wednesday 14th June 2023.

It will be held at the Aylesbury Railway Club, HP21 8HH in central Aylesbury,  the club is about 5 minutes’ walk from the train station. Nearby car parks are at Friars Square and Friarscroft.

This event will help inform the study of Buckinghamshire’s future needs in terms of demand for employment land and commercial premises, as well as the area’s retail needs and the changing role of our town centres.

Come and hear about the early findings of this study. It is being prepared by planning and economics consultancy Lichfields: https://lichfields.uk/. They want to discuss your priorities and ideas.

To reserve your place or for more information, please contact Stephen Miles on Stephen.Miles@Buckinghamshire.gov.uk or on 01494 475885.
