Karen Orr from PeopleWise Solutions will look at why that happens and what founders can do to bring more clarity and consistency without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.  As businesses grow, informal ways of handling people decisions can start to create pressure without anyone noticing straight away. In this short session, Karen will share her insight on how to avoid bureaucracy but also remain safe with solid processes for HR and people matters.

We will also be hearing from another member, Patricia Rayner of Image2Photography about her business in the world of commercial photography.
