DESCRIPTION:This month’s Chatter is preceded by the Chamber’s AGM\,  still an informal event to which all are welcome and will be held at The Bagnall Centre\, Chesham;  we aim to be into the Chatter by 5.20pm at the latest and will provide the first drink and light nibbles to those attending before 5.30pm. \nProvisional Agenda \nResolutions to be voted on at the AGM and details of the business to be covered. \nApologies for Absence \nChair’s Report \nResolutions \nTo adopt the Minutes of the last AGM and Accounts for the year \nTo confirm the Committee Membership for Chair\, Treasurer and Secretary and existing committee members \nPropose new Committee members\, Dave Kirby\, Old Bills Pest Control \nTo appoint accountants as independent examiners of the Chiltern Chamber. \n Any Other Business \nClose of AGM \n  \nNo need to book but always nice to have an idea on numbers so we can lay out seating\, tables and arrange refreshments.
