From their own professional orchestra\, to big bands\, jazz\, gospel\, choral and chamber music\, they present a huge range of artists and concerts\, including dedicated ‘relaxed performances’ and events made especially for young people. DESCRIPTION:Second Monday of every month\, an informal meeting and this month something a little different; Chamber Member Back Heathrow are sponsoring the Chatter evening and giving a short update on the growth plans for Heathrow Airport followed by an opportunity to speak to the local team over drinks and nibbles.  The meeting will start at 5pm\, please join us for an informal chat about progress towards expansion at Heathrow and what it means for local communities. \n \nBack Heathrow represents over 100\,000 local people who support the campaign for growth at Heathrow – the UK’s only hub airport. \nOver half of the UK’s trade (by value) travels through Heathrow and it is the UK’s largest single site employer – with over 80\,000 staff on site and many more in the supply chain. Heathrow is also the world’s leading user of sustainable aviation fuel and will only be allowed to expand if it meets stringent rules on air quality\, noise reduction and decarbonization. \nPlans have been put forward for £49 billion of private investment to build a new runway\, terminals and infrastructure to place it at the forefront of modern aviation\, creating thousands of new jobs\, apprenticeships and new destinations for exporters. DESCRIPTION:Our next collaboration meeting with Cross Reference is on 5th December 2025 – 0730-0900hrs at Oatland Park Golf Club\, Chalfont St Peter. \nThe speaker will be Charles Fraser\,  Partner and Head of Wills & Probate at Lightfoots Solicitors. \nCharles qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and joined Lightfoots in 2024 to head up the team of Solicitors and highly experienced probate practitioners.  He is a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (previously known as Solicitors for the Elderly). DESCRIPTION:Our next collaboration meeting with Cross Reference is on 19th September 2025 – 0730-0900hrs at Audley Dene Retirement Village. \nThe Village Management Team have kindly offered to host this meeting for us so please note the different location to the usual golf club one! \nWe shall hear from the Village Manager about the facilities and vision for the centre\, as well as have the opportunity to have a guided walk round the facility. \nYou can after the meeting also have free trial on one of the lovely massage chairs and a taste of sound meditation from the on site wellbeing centre team!  Sounds a great way to start the weekend. \nThese meetings are a great opportunity for Chiltern Chamber and Cross Reference supporters to meet other local business people over a great breakfast.  As well as sharing insight into different business sectors\, we encourage those attending to connect with each other outside of the meeting\, ask for feedback on challenges or indeed share ideas for business growth within a safe and respectful environment. \nThe more we can support each other the better it is for local economy and wellbeing of local people. \nBooking Link \nPlease note there is a hard cut off for booking by 12 noon 17th September in order for the venue to rosta staff\, food and seats so please book early to avoid disappointment!
