The South Bucks Hospice at Butterfly House is a day hospice supporting patients living with life-limiting or life threatening illnesses through the provision of specialist palliative care on an outpatient basis. We help people at any stage of a diagnosis adjust to their condition to help them cope with any health and care needs at their home whenever possible, whilst also supporting their family and carers needs.
