Responsibilities
An effective committee has a clear sense of purpose; knows exactly what everyone needs to achieve; and understands the best process for getting things done efficiently; and I’m here to make sure that happens. As well as helping our Committee clarify and develop a vision, mission and goals, I will be ensuring each member has a defined set of roles and responsibilities, so we can all support the local business community in the best way possible.

That’s why I am a business coach with ActionCoach, and it’s a huge privilege to use my experience and expertise to coach all types of business owners and help them take their business to the next level.

My years of experience as a Commercial and Operations Director combined with ActionCoach’s tried and tested business techniques help businesses:

• Drive revenue and increase profits through effective business planning
• Achieve operational efficiencies and cost reductions through well-planned, tailored processes
• Maximise results through cultivating and growing effective teams

Over the years, I’ve worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes and have found that the key to helping them achieve their potential is developing a close and trusting working relationship. My coaching and guiding style of management helps engage staff, but I will also be assertive if people need that little extra push to get things done.

Outside of work, I enjoy being active and you’ll often find me mountain biking, playing golf or Skiing. I am also known to dabble with DIY, but only if I really must!
