As Head of the Employment department at Lennons I deal with all aspects of the employment relationship from the very beginning, including recruitment, up to and following an employee’s departure from the employment.
I provide general advice on employment rights, disciplinaries and grievances, company contracts, policies, procedures and staff handbooks, redundancy consultations, restrictive covenants, exit packages and settlement agreements. Often, a practical resolution to a dispute can be reached without going to a Tribunal, however, when necessary, Tribunal proceedings will be pursued.
For employers, I know that employment issues can be a real headache and so I am to take away as much stress as possible, leaving you free to run your business.
