Hosted at the Elgiva Theatre, the Cygnet Youth Awards ceremony was held in Chesham on Sunday 29th March 2026 to present some awards to outstanding young people to celebrate there efforts. It was organised by Chesham Youth Council and all who were involved in that should be very proud of their hard work in making it a memorable and enjoyable occasion. Hearing about the work and the achievements of the young people who were nominated for consideration of an award was amazing.
The category of awards were, Environmental, Group, The Arts, Carer of the Year, Fundraising and Charitable Work, Dedication in Sport, Supporting Diversities, and Young Person.
After last year, with our support going to the Young Person Fund Raiser award. The chiltern Chamber continues to support the Cygnet Awards. The Chair of Chiltern Chamber, Karen Pawlowska said they were: ‘Delighted to be able to support the amazing young people in the area, may they go from strength to strength.’
