Chiltern Foodbank is a member of the Trussell Trust Foodbank Network of which there are over 440 member foodbanks in the UK.
The aim of the foodbank is to help people in the early stages of crisis before other support systems come into place. The foodbank works with over 90 Referral Partners who deal with those in difficulty and they make an assessment of need. A box contains food for three days x three meals and clients are limited to three vouchers within any rolling three month period.
